Enjoy this airy two-bedroom house and courtyard nestled on a storybook tiny street adjacent to Balboa Park, walkable to the most exciting restaurants, cafes and shops in San Diego. You'll be next to the tennis courts, swimming pool and disc golf course, numerous hiking trails, and a long walk or short drive to the Zoo and museums. Balboa Park Golf Course, Petco Park stadium, and downtown San Diego are close as well. Great beaches and Mission Bay Park are about 15-20 minutes away by car.

In the house, you'll have a full kitchen, dining room, living room and two comfortable bedrooms -- one king, one queen, both with Wink luxury mattresses. Additionally you'll have a spacious patio and outdoor dining table to enjoy San Diego's perfect weather, along with a gas grill (note that there is a chance you will have to get the little propane tank filled in order to use it, sometimes that happens).

You'll have two separate dedicated work spaces, one in its own space off the kitchen and one in the secondary bedroom, next to the veranda. AT&T 1GB Fiber Internet is included.

There's a smart (art frame) TV in the living room and a bigger smart (art frame) TV in one of the bedrooms. A subscription to Sling is provided for your enjoyment.

In the kitchen, you'll find a Keurig coffeemaker -- with a few pods to get you started -- as well as pots and pans, chef's knives, an induction range and electric oven, a microwave, toaster and blender as well as a refrigerator/freezer.

You'll have a driveway parking space as well as ample street parking.

Nearby you'll be able to walk to many of San Diego's best restaurants, lounges, and coffee shops, including Mabel's Gone Fishing, Tribute Pizza, Soi on 30th, Venissimo, Bottlecraft, The Taco Stand, Happy Medium, Genteel Coffee, Communal Coffee, Black Radish and more.

This area of San Diego has been home to us for many years and we think it is simply the most delightful locale in the city. We're grateful to be able to share it with you.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking..
