Enjoy Park Villa, a two-bedroom house and courtyard nestled on a storybook tiny street adjacent to Balboa Park and near North Park's exciting restaurants, cafes and shops.

You'll be next to the tennis courts, swimming pool and disc golf course, and numerous hiking trails. A longer walk or short drive gets you to the Zoo and museums.

Balboa Park Golf Course, Petco Park stadium, and downtown San Diego are close as well. Great beaches and Mission Bay Park are about 15-20 minutes away by car.

What to expect:

🚙 There is one parking space in the driveway and also ample free parking on the street.
🏠 While the house has been recently renovated including kitchen appliances, new hardwood floors and many new windows, it also is a 100-year bungalow that has a few quirks and likes to be treated gently.
🌻 There is a centrally located wall furnace to keep you warm on cool winter nights. Before summer (by April 2026) air-conditioning will be added to both bedrooms and the main common area.
🥩 The propane grill on the back patio is yours to use, however it is possible you may have to get the tank filled.
💬 We value your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, contactless experience. We are available by message throughout your visit to answer any questions or assist with any needs.

Things to know:

✅ Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
✅ The living room fireplace is equipped with electric fairy lights to provide cozy ambience. It is not operational for fires.
✅ For your safety, there are security cameras at each entrance and the entrance to the courtyard. There are no cameras in the house or pointing at the house.
✅ Park Villa's neighbors are lovely, our houses are located quite close together, and we stay in regular contact. We all treasure this street as a peaceful and relaxing oasis. With that in mind, it's important to refrain from excessive noise and also observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. No parties, of course.
